Will my price change on moving day?
It can only go down. The number you agree to is a written not-to-exceed ceiling, with every fee itemized before we load a single box. If your move runs smaller than planned, the bill drops; it never climbs past the cap.
What if I have less stuff than I said?
Then you pay less. Your price is a ceiling, not a floor, so a smaller move means a smaller bill. The cap only ever protects you from surprises going up.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, and you can check for yourself. We carry a California intrastate permit (CAL-T 191906) and federal authority (US DOT 3243499), both verifiable at the CPUC and FMCSA. We're insured, and a Certificate of Insurance for your building is available on request.
Who actually shows up on move day?
Our own crew, on our own marked truck, and the crew that shows up wears our name. Your move is never sold to a broker or passed to a company you've never heard of. The person who quoted your move stays reachable the whole way through.
What does the written estimate include?
Everything, itemized: the crew, the truck, materials, and anything specific to your move like stairs or a long carry. Every fee is listed in writing before moving day, and the total is a not-to-exceed ceiling. If a charge isn't on the paper, you don't pay it.
How does long distance work?
Same rules, longer road. One crew loads your things onto one marked truck, and that truck drives to your new door, so nothing changes hands at a warehouse. Your written ceiling and itemized fees work exactly the same way, and our federal authority is verifiable at the FMCSA.
