- Can you move us after hours or on a weekend?
- Yes. That's usually the smart way to do an office move so your team isn't tripping over us during business hours. Tell us your window when you reach out and we'll build the plan around it.
- My building requires a Certificate of Insurance. Can you provide one?
- Yes. We're fully licensed and insured and can provide a Certificate of Insurance on request. Send us your building's requirements and the certificate holder details and we'll get it issued.
- Do you handle IT equipment and servers?
- We move and protect the hardware: racks, towers, monitors, and cabling we can safely transport. We don't do the network teardown or reconfiguration; coordinate that with your IT person, and we'll work around their schedule.
- Can you verify you're a real licensed mover, not a broker?
- Please do. Our CPUC, US DOT, and MC numbers are public and on our Verify page with direct links to the state and federal lookup tools. The crew that shows up wears our name and answers to us.
