Using this website
This website is provided by Ashley Movers, a family-owned moving company based in North Hollywood, CA. By using the site, requesting a quote, or contacting us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Quotes and estimates
The price builder gives you a good-faith estimate based on the details you enter. It is an estimate, not a binding contract. Your final price depends on the real conditions of your move: what we actually pack and carry, access at both ends, and any changes you ask for on the day. We confirm the terms of your move in writing before we begin work.
Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate details so we can plan and price the job honestly.
- Make sure we have safe, legal access to both locations.
- Tell us about anything unusual before the move date: narrow stairs, long carries, fragile or high-value items.
Licensing and insurance
Ashley Movers is a licensed and insured mover. Our credentials are public and verifiable. You can check them yourself on our verify page. A certificate of insurance is available on request.
The crew on your move
We are not a broker. The crew that shows up wears our name and answers to us. We stand behind the work our team does on your job.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here is the one that applies. We will note the update date when we make changes.
